Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, plaxorvanixq.top B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Governing Law

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you retain the benefit of mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.

Dispute Resolution
